- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Having finally decided to buy a tablet I attended this shop with the idea of buying that day. Whilst I was looking at my intended purchase I overheard as a young boy and his father returned to the shop with a printer they had bought the previous day. They asked to return it as they had changed their mind and the assistant deferred to more senior personnel. The manager attended and displayed such poor customer service that I left the shop. She was both undermining and rude particularly, in my opinion, because the father did not speak English well and so relied on the boy to translate. I was disgusted, I went home and ordered my tablet online from amazon.By Admin, March 07, 2018
